Schneidhofer search and connect e.K. has been active for several years as a recruitment agency for many well-known medium-sized companies. We know our way around the industry and have 20 years of experience in the selection of highly qualified personnel.
We support companies from all sectors and have special experience in the plant engineering, energy, infrastructure, general mechanical engineering and technical building equipment (TGA) sectors. We are active for our customers both nationally and internationally.
CEO/Founder
Monika was born in 1976 and comes from Budapest/Hungary. She is a human resource manager and economist.
Monika is responsible for business development in Eastern Europe, primarily Hungary.
COO/Founder
Alexander was born in 1968 and comes from Mainz/Germany. He is an industrial clerk and business economist (VWA).
Alexander has been working in the field of personnel services in various management positions for over 20 years: Managing Director, Member of the Management Board, Branch Manager, Senio Consultant – at various companies – from corporations to start-ups.
For the last more than 13 years, Alexander’s focus has been on the placement of engineers and technicians, almost all disciplines, as well as specialists in the commercial and legal areas of the various industries.
Business Development/Freelance
Jozsef was born in 1973 and comes from Pápa/Hungary. He is a German speaking engineer for computer science.
Jozsef is also responsible for business development in Eastern Europe, primarily Hungary.
Behind us is a team of other experts who support us in the successful implementation of your projects on a project-by-project basis if required – from identer, to recruiters, to very experienced consultants!
These include process engineering plants for the chemical – oil – gas and pharmaceutical industries. As well as large-scale plants for raw material processing.
These include power plant construction, power plant technology, power transmission and renewable energies.
These include road and tunnel construction, airports and railroad stations.
Among other things heating – air conditioning – ventilation.
Among other things OEM.
Schneidhofer search and connect e.K. is located in Gustavsburg, directly next to Mainz. We are very well connected to many of our partners in the financial and economic region of Frankfurt. Our office is located in the beautiful TIGZ – the former MAN building.
Besides our headquarters we have an office in Budapest.
